  • We utilise our national buying power to ensure rates are competitive today and into the future.
  • This buying power allows us to offer you flexible contract conditions.
  • We are not bound to one waste provider. We pick from a list of preferred subcontractors that best suits your needs, not their needs.
  • All contact is direct to Waste Options via.
  • We invoice you monthly via email
  • Payment is 14 days via direct debit or credit card (2% fee)
  • We offer a NO “locked-in” contract
  • No contract rollover
  • No automatic renewal
  • No liquidated damages for breaking your contract, only a bin removal fee
  • Just provide us 30 days notice at anytime to cancel
  • Our pricing is generally reviewed once per year in June which is in line with the EPA Levy increase to apply from the 1st July.
  • Most waste companies increase prices twice a year, in Jan and July
  • Your pricing for general waste is based on the average weight of your bin
  • We conduct reviews on your subcontractors to ensure price increases are fair with the annual landfill, EPA, CPI and labour increases
  • We don’t charge any surprise extra fees like;

  • Automatic Late Payment Fee
  • Account Fees
  • Fuel Levy Fees
Timber solutions
  • As we are not tied to one supplier we have the ability to adjust your service when new services/innovations become available
  • Today there are recycle/reuse solutions for most natural timbers but at this stage there are limited options for MDF and particle board.
  • Currently there are trials for burning MDF and Particle board happening in conjunction with the NSW EPA, so we do expect solutions for this engineered timber in the future.
  • Timber pallets options will always depend on your quantities, type and quality of pallets. We have service options for handle both small or large loads and would be discussed when we visit your site
What are the steps to utilise our services?
  • Before we visit your site, you will need to email us your last 3 months invoices and your current waste contract end date

  • We will review your services according to your invoices/contract to better understand your needs prior to us visiting you
  • Next we will come out and complete an assessment of your waste and recycling needs and discuss any options to modify services/bins etc
  • Within 2 business days of visiting your site, we will email and contact you with our recommendations and costs. As part of this we will provide a full cost comparison so you can make an informed decision
  • If you accept our offer we will contact you and discuss cancelling your current provider and organising delivery of our services
