Minimum Wage Increase 2015

The Fair Work Commission Minimum Wage Panel has awarded a 2.5% increase to the national minimum wage which will be effective from 1 July 2015.  This brings the minimum weekly wage to $656.90 per week ($17.29 per hour).  2.5% will also be applied to modern award minimum wages as from the first pay period on or after 1 July 2015.
