ANNUAL SHUTDOWN: HOW TO GET IT RIGHT

An employer is usually required to give a specified period of notice to close a business for a period of annual leave which is only one of the important points to note. Members will have received an email today explaining the new rules with regard to annual shutdowns along with templates for managing employees’ leave.
