Nominations are called for:

Councillor (3)

Nominations, which must be in writing and comply with the registered rules of the organisation, may be made at any time from 28 November 2017. They must reach my office or postal address or AEC email inbox as shown below not later than 12:00 noon AEDT on Thursday,
14 December 2017.

A Nomination Form is available from me or the office of the organisation.

Nominations cannot be withdrawn after 12:00 noon AEDT on 14 December 2017. Withdrawal of nominations must be in writing and addressed to Kathryn Montgomery, AEC Returning Officer at the address as shown below.

The ballot, if required, will open by post on 4 January 2018 and will close at 10:00am AEDT on Thursday, 25 January 2018.

Candidates may appoint a scrutineer to act on their behalf. Scrutineers must be appointed in writing to the Returning Officer prior to the commencement of the count.

Changed Address or absent during the ballot period? Advise the organisation now.
