08 Nov ACCIDENT PAY BACK IN THE TIMBER INDUSTRY AWARD 2010
The Fair Work Commission has now issued variations inserting accident pay provisions into 21 modern awards with effect on and from 15 October 2015. The accident pay provisions in the various awards are not model provisions so these provisions do differ from award to award. The Timber Industry Award 2010 is one of the awards that has been varied along with the Joinery & Building Trades Award 2010 and Members have been informed of the changes in TTIA General Circular number 7 of 2015.
